Recipe: Cannabis Lobster Rolls 2018-01-27T21:10:46+00:00

Ingredients:

⅓ Cup Canna Mayo
1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
¼ Cup finely celery diced
1 Tablespoon fresh scallions diced
2 Teaspoons fresh parsley
1 Teaspoon hot sauce (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 Pound lobster meat, cooked and chopped into pieces
4 Rolls, split, toasted, and brushed with butter

Steps:

1.  Combine the CannaMayo, lemon juice, celery, parsley, scallion, salt and pepper.
2.  Add hot sauce to your preference.
3.  Add the cooked lobster meat pieces to the CannaMayo mix.
4.  Toss lightly to cover all lobster meat with sauce.
5.  Fill toasted buns evenly with lobster salad. Serve and enjoy.
